1. Who we are

Gokazu LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States (“yendi.love,” “we,” “us”), is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy matter, contact us at hola [at] yendi [dot] love.

2. Personal data we collect

Identification and contact: your name and email when you request the free chapter, create your Love U account, or subscribe.

Account: username, profile photo, language, reading progress, and in-platform activity; if you use the community, the content you post.

Payment: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Usage and device: pages and content you view, in-app actions, device and browser type, IP address, and cookie identifiers.

3. How we use your data

Primary (necessary): provide the book and your Love U account and deliver what you requested; manage your account, authentication, and support; process payments and issue receipts; respond to questions, complaints, and suggestions.

Secondary (you may opt out without affecting the service): send emails about content, news, and promotions; measure site usage to improve it; measure and improve our advertising, including showing ads to people with similar interests (remarketing).

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar identifiers to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure and improve advertising: necessary cookies (sign-in and session); analytics (Google Analytics); advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API, which may use identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc).

You can manage or disable analytics and advertising cookies in your browser settings anytime. The site still works normally.

5. Who we share data with

We share data with providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, for the purposes above: Google (Google Analytics, and Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure: hosting, authentication, database); Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, for measurement and advertising); Stripe (payments); GoHighLevel (contact management and email); SendGrid / Twilio (transactional email).

We and several of our providers are based in the United States, so your data is processed in the U.S. We do not sell your personal data. Apart from these processors and what the law requires, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent.

6. U.S. residents (California — CCPA/CPRA)

We “share” personal information (such as device and cookie identifiers) with Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing, to know and delete your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To opt out, manage or disable analytics and advertising cookies in your browser settings, or contact us at hola [at] yendi [dot] love. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without authorization.

7. Your rights and choices

If you are in Mexico, you may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) and revoke consent by contacting us at hola [at] yendi [dot] love. All users can manage or disable analytics and advertising cookies in their browser settings anytime.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while you have an account or relationship with us and for as long as the law requires (e.g., tax obligations), then delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

10. Children

yendi.love is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without a parent or guardian’s consent.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
